General Information

All motorcycle tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm your booking with us, you will need to:

Complete the reservation form

This form includes your basic details, selected tour dates, and any necessary information we need to prepare your booking.

  • Pay the full deposit - Your booking will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been paid. This ensures that your seat on the tour is officially reserved.

Customer Responsibility

Before booking any tour with us, it is your responsibility to go through the terms and conditions and make sure you understand them clearly.

Payments & Deposits 

Deposits:
A deposit is required for each participant, and it is non-refundable . The specific deposit amount for every tour is minimum 15% of the total amount. 

Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer payment- Pay directly from your bank account
  • Credit card payment - Pay using your Visa, or MasterCard etc
Accepted Currencies
Clients can make payments in Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), or Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 

Payment Terms
To confirm your tour booking, you can pay minimum 15% of the total tour amount as a deposit. If you want to pay full payment,15% will be considered as a deposit.
You need to pay the remaining amount in full at least 90 Days before your tour starts. 

Refund Policy/Cancellation
15% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to another tour if you wish to reschedule.
Other payments (excluding the deposit) are refundable as follows: 

Full refund (Excluding the 15% deposit): Cancellation made more than 90 days before the departure date. 

50% refund (Excluding the 15% deposit): Cancellation made between 90 and 45 days before the departure date. 

No refund: Cancellation made less than 45 days before the departure date. 

We(Spantik Tours) may cancel a tour, but only in extreme situations or if there are too few participants to run it. If your tour is cancelled by us, you will have the option to either:

  • Transfer the money you paid to another tour of your choice (subject to availability)
  • Receive a refund  

Delays and Changes 

Before Tour

If there are any unexpected delays on your way to the tour (like traffic, flight delays, or other travel problems), we are not responsible, but we understand and we can modify the tour regarding the delays.

You will need to take care of your own meals, accommodation, and travel arrangements if we don’t provide them directly, but we will be there for guidance.

During the tour

Tours are planned months in advance, but sometimes routes or overnight stops may change a little because of:

  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Hotel issues
  • Operational needs
  • Unexpected events
We will try to inform you about any changes before the day starts, during the tour. 

You need to pay for the things that we don’t provide during the tour, like food, sightseeing tickets, souvenir, petrol, etc. 

Flexibility

While we aim to follow the published itinerary, sometimes changes are necessary for safety or practical reasons.

By joining the tour, you agree to accept these changes if they happen.

Medical Conditions (including allergies)

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you take.

  • This allows us to get proper medical help quickly if needed during the tour.
  • All information will be handled confidentially. 

Travel Details 

Travel Arrangements

  • We do not provide flights to tour locations.
  • Do not book any flights until your tour booking is confirmed.
Passports, and Visas
  • It is your responsibility to make sure you and your travel companions have a valid passport or travel document for the country you will visit.
  • You must get visas needed for your trip before travelling.
  • We can assist with preparing documents, but we are not responsible for visa issues or cancellations caused by incorrect or missing documents.
Driving license
Riders must have a valid motorcycle driving license appropriate for the bike they will ride.
An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended where required.


Insurance

  • If you come with your own bike or car, you must have valid insurance for the vehicle.
  • It is recommended / or mandatory regarding the country of travel, to have an international health insurance available. 

On Tour  

Riding & driving :

  • Ride & drive safely and with good manners regarding other road users.
  • If we feel you are riding unsafely or putting others at risk, we may ask you to leave the group and ride alone.
Behaviour:
  • We have zero tolerance for abuse, threats, or harassment toward others, including staff.
  • Any such behaviour will result in expulsion from the tour with no refund.
Leaving the Tour:
If you choose to leave the tour early, no refund or compensation will be given.

Photography:
  • We may take photos or videos of participants, pillions, and motorcycles during the tour.
  • These images may be used for advertising, brochures, videos, or marketing.
  • When you pay and sign the tour details, you are agree with the GDPR and the conditions above , about possible using your image for advertising, brochures, videos, or marketing.
  • If you don’t want your image to be used , you just need to inform us.
Complaints Procedure:
  • If you have a complaint during the tour, contact our tour representative first.

Motorcycle & Car rentals 

We provide different motorcycle & car rental, depending on the tour location.You will receive the full rental terms before starting the tour.

You must sign the local rental terms and pay the required deposit at pick-up.

If you damage the car or motorcycle during the tour, by accident with another vehicle or damage the car or motorcycle by yourself, you will need to pay the cost of parts and repair.

Sometimes your chosen bike or car may not be available due to mechanical issues,or prior use. In such cases, a similar or better model will be provided without extra compensation.

You must present all required original documents at the point of rental. Failure to do so, means you cannot rent the bike or car.

    Info collected includes your name, email, booking number, and trip details.

    Feedback may be used to improve our services and we may contact you about it.

    We collect info to manage bookings, process payments, improve services, and communicate with you. We protect your data and only use it for the purposes you consent to.

    How We Share Your Information

    We may share your information to provide, manage, or improve your trip and services, including:

    Internal staff and tour guides – to manage bookings and ensure your safety.
    Travel providers – hotels, airlines, local operators, transport services.
    Authorities – governments, regulators, or law enforcement, if required by law.
    Insurance and medical staff – in emergencies or for safety reasons.
